No. Due to weight, moisture content, and state agricultural restrictions, firewood, bulk kindling, and heavy fire pit accessories are available for local delivery only within our Northern California service area. Fire starters, tools, and smaller accessories can ship nationwide via standard carriers.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your Shopify account. For local firewood deliveries, we will call you to confirm a delivery window.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first, then email us at info.crosscheck.best within 5 business days. If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. Firewood, kindling, fatwood, and other combustible materials cannot be returned once delivered.
